The 2026 Salary Survey is now open!

ASCE is excited to announce the launch of the 2026 Salary Survey. We are gathering data from Society members to create a snapshot of the current and long-term trends related to compensation and benefits in the U.S. civil engineering industry.

The survey will close on May 22, and the results will be available in fall 2026.

Organizations can purchase salary information, including the annual salary report and use of online salary calculation reports, to keep their company informed and competitive.

Last year’s salary information is still available. Members can log in today for free uses of salary information specific to them.

  3. Student members receive 2 free reports and regional entry-level salaries.

Individuals can also purchase 20 customized salary calculation reports, derived from the Salary Calculator and/or the Searchable Survey Data online tools.

The Salary Calculator allows you to select from 12 job criteria and the results deliver a salary specific to an individual. Searchable Survey Data allows you to select as many criteria as needed and view salary results based on these.
