Younger Member Councils
Younger Member Councils (YMC) are a collection of ASCE regions combined to host meetings to: provide the basis for the interchange of ideas, methods, and procedures; share best practices; nominate individuals and units for awards; facilitate communications; and provide an opportunity for the voices of younger members to be heard on a society-level via the business meeting.
