Jennifer Ma has led plumbing design for large office building projects. She brings more than 10 years of mechanical engineering expertise in plumbing and HVAC design, including LEED documentation for mechanical and plumbing related credits. Jenifer works collaboratively with clients, owners, facility engineers and contractors to determine building system preferences and requirements and ensure project goals are met. As mechanical lead, Jennifer is responsible for project deliverables including narratives, drawings, equipment schedules, specifications, and prescriptive energy documentation. She conducts site visits throughout all stages of construction to assess existing equipment and conditions, evaluate construction progress, coordinate with contractors, and complete punch lists. She also performs pre-assessment of existing conditions and post-occupancy troubleshooting.
