Eban Z. Bean is an Assistant Professor and Extension Specialist in urban water resources engineering at the University of Florida. His research has focused primarily on monitoring and evaluating various stormwater control measures. Eban has 15 years of experience in stormwater management, and specializes in low impact development practices. He has been a member of the ASCE Permeable Pavement Technical Committee since 2007 and was a contributing author to the Technical Guidance document, Permeable Pavements. Eban was a presenter for the permeable pavement workshop held at the International LID Conference in 2015 and regularly gives training on the design and maintenance of stormwater control measures
