ASCE Library Special Collection on Diversity and Inclusion in Civil and Environmental Engineering

This special collection covers issues in industry and higher education across all dimensions and diversity described in ASCE’s Policy 417. Topics covered in the collection are: policies and regulations, outreach/recruitment/workforce development; inclusive workforce environment and practices, global and societal issues, teaching students to employ principles of universal design, complexity and fluidity of diverse identities, and inclusive teaching and learning environments.
