- Andrew Cairns, P.E., BC.PE, PMP, M.ASCE is the Ports Regional Practice Leader for Mott MacDonald and is the Past-President of the Civil Engineering Certification (CEC).
- Tonja Koob Marking, Ph.D., P.E., BC.NE, BC.WRE, DFE, MBA, PMP, CFM, F.ASCE is President of Gaea Consultants, LLC, and she serves as Chair of the EWRI History & Heritage Committee and on the Board of the American Academy of Water Resources Engineers (AAWRE).
