Region 10 is the home of ASCE global members and covers all 174 countries outside of US, Canada and Mexico.
International Section, Branches and Groups of ASCE are formed to promote the technical and professional development of members through meetings and study of local engineering practice. ASCE encourages the spirit of cooperation among engineering and with other engineering societies in matters of common interest.

Any country may establish an International Group. After operating successfully for one year, a Group may petition for upgrade to an International Section.

The ASCE Distinguished Service Medal Award in Region 10 was established to recognize distinguished service to ASCE through service to Region 10.

The Board approves the creation of new Sections, Branches and Groups as well as proposed International Student and Younger Member Groups. Aside from the Region 10 Board of Governors, the Region 10 Assembly, made up of all Section and Branch Presidents, serves as an advisory board intended to provide informal input to the Region 10 Board of Governors.
