ASCE Lebanon Section Earth Day Event
The ASCE Lebanon Section, in collaboration with several non-governmental organizations (NGOs), hosted "Future Leaders Plant Greener Future." Five Lebanon Student Chapters participated in the event.
This event is part of a project called “Pine Campus”. It involved rehabilitating a part of the Horsh Beirut Park to make it student friendly. It included clearing overgrown bushes and invasive plants, cleaning up the park, and planting over 250 trees.
