Dr. Pagnotta is a Civil/Structural Engineering Consultant in the Transmission and Distribution Division at Burns & McDonnell. His experience includes design and construction management of electrical substation projects and academic research in nondestructive evaluation of deteriorated concrete. Dr. Pagnotta is actively working to educate engineers on developments related to low embodied carbon concrete, enabling the acceptance of novel concretes in ongoing construction projects. He is a member of CIGRE (International Council on Large Electric Systems) and ACI.
