David Ungemah is Vice President and Director of WSP's Managed Lanes and Roadways Service Area. His 22 years consulting and research expertise pertains specifically to congestion pricing, tolled managed lanes, and transportation demand management, having started with the Minnesota Department of Transportation's initial study of congestion pricing in 1994 and continuing through managed lanes related work within 22 states, over 130 projects, over 90 presentations, and 26 publications. David is the immediate past-chair of the Transportation Research Board (TRB) standing committee on Congestion Pricing.
