Jennifer Wells is the State Bridge Inspection Engineer and has been with MnDOT for 17 years. She is the project manager for the Unmanned Aircraft Systems Research Projects Phases I and II. She is a certified rope access technician. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science from Michigan Tech University and a Master of Science in Infrastructure Systems Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
