Jim Wulliman is the Vice President of Water Resources with Muller Engineering Company in Lakewood, Colorado and a member of Muller's Board of Directors. Jim is registered as a Professional Engineer in Colorado and has been with Muller for 27 years. Jim earned a master's degree in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University and his bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Valparaiso University. Jim has applied LID practices on a range of project scales and is active in exploring improved techniques to mitigate urban stormwater impacts.
Wulliman has served as an instructor in the MHFD's Stream Management Academy since its inception three years ago and has also been an instructor with the Urban Watersheds Research Institute.
Jim is a Life Member of ASCE and is active in the Environmental and Water Resources Institute, co-chairing the Watershed Approach for Stormwater Task Committee.
