Dr. Payne serves as the talent development manager for Collins Engineers and as a leadership consultant with Development Dimensions International. He has served as a volunteer exam developer for several professional associations and currently serves on a committee overseeing ethics and professional practice in the coating industry. Dr. Payne recently completed his PhD in human capital management at Bellevue University where his dissertation examined unethical behavior among professional engineers. He and his partner Sid reside in Chicago along with their cats, Queso and Fundido.
