Matthew Zeve is the Chief Operations Officer for the Harris County Flood Control District in Houston, Texas. Mr. Zeve has more than 15 years of experience in hydrology and hydraulics analysis. His experience includes floodplain management studies and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) submittals, transportation-related drainage analyses, channel improvements projects, master drainage studies, drainage criteria manual development, watershed impact analyses, flooding forensic analysis, and drainage analysis for new developments.
In addition to his project responsibilities, Matthew has 10 years of experience in teaching hydrologic and hydraulic software and technical material to public and private entities.
