Rebecca Delaney earned her bachelor’s and master’s degree in architectural engineering from Penn State University. Rebecca has held several positions as a mechanical engineer, associate director, and is currently the Director of Building Infrastructure Design at Rivian. She designs inspiring spaces that prioritize human health/wellness, reduce carbon impact, and enhance resiliency. Rebecca leads a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, architects, thinkers and climate champions developing buildings that positively impact people and communities.
