Richard L. Bradbury is Director, Material Testing and Exploration, Maine Department of Transportation and is the regional Vice Chair of the AASHTO subcommittee on materials. He has worked in various capacities for both Maine DOT and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and has wide ranging experience in both research, quality control, and testing.
