Zhangwei Ning is the technical manager with Sixense Group, Northern America, specialized in geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring with both conventional and state-of-the-art techniques. He has participated in a wide range of projects including tunneling, deep excavation, bridge, dam, landfill, landslide, etc. Dr. Ning currently serves in ASCE GI Underground Engineering and Construction Committee and Embankments Dams and Slopes Committee. Dr. Ning is also actively collaborating with universities in developing curriculum on geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring. He is a guest lecturer at the University of Washington and the Oregon State University.
