Elected Region 6 Governor
Vision statement
As a Regional Governor, I would focus on supporting the core values of our global organization, promoting the civil engineering profession, serving as a resource to the Sections and Branches, and serving as a positive role model to the Student Chapters.
My goals during my term as Governor would also include the following:
- Strengthening the relationship between the Institutes and Branches/Sections;
- Encouraging the development of special programs to target and promote membership growth;
- Supporting Student Symposium events and mentoring activities across the region;
- Identifying opportunities for Branches/Institutes/Sections to collaborate; and,
- Promoting involvement in local government and legislative activities.
