Alan Kercher is President of Kercher Engineering, Inc., and has 35 years of experience as a graduate engineer in the field of Civil Engineering. He has implemented many infrastructure asset management systems including building facilities, drainage, pavements, sidewalks, signs and utilities for municipalities and state DOT's, as well as, assisted other agencies with improving existing management systems. Implementation of asset management systems have included the review of existing policies and procedures, performing needs assessments, review and selection of software, development of analysis methodology and performance models, performing condition assessments, developing short-term and long-term budgets, and conducting public presentations.
