Andrew C. Yung is a Vice President and the Chief Hydrologist with Dodson & Associates, Inc. in Houston, Texas. Mr. Yung has been with Dodson since 1996, where he has managed a wide range of engineering projects involving the fields of hydrology, hydraulics, master drainage studies, channel improvement and hydraulic structure designs, watershed impact analyses, detention facility designs, and dam safety investigations. Prior to coming to Dodson & Associates, Mr. Yung worked with the Harris County Flood Control District (Houston, Texas) and Dewberry & Davis (Fairfax, Virginia).
