Dr. Ashwin Gadgil is a coastal engineer with more than six years of design, analysis, and engineering experience. His professional experience includes numerical modelling of coastal hydrodynamics and morphodynamics; large-scale metocean data analysis; developing statistical optimization methods for numerical models; coastal flood risk management; design of coastal structures, nature-based solutions, and storm surge barriers. Ashwin has successfully completed coastal projects in Canada, United States, South America, Australia, and several First Nations Communities
