Dave Alexander in economics and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy, excels in helping A/E firms, other service providers, and manufacturers enter and thrive in the federal government marketplace. As President and CEO of an environmental and engineering firm, he drove growth that led to the firm’s listing in the Inc. 500, primarily on the basis of federal sales. Prior to that, he served as a senior executive at two other leading federal firms. For the past decade, through Lincoln Strategies, LLC, Mr. Alexander has provided assistance to some of the nation’s largest many A/E firms, and mid-size and smaller firms. Mr. Alexander has written books and articles on federal marketing, and recently chaired the Federal Design & Construction Outlook Conference.
