Elsa Mullin is a Sustainability Manager at Skanska USA in Boston, MA. Elsa has eight years of experience in sustainability consulting within the built environment specializing in reducing operational and embodied carbon on projects. She has a BA in Environmental Studies from University of San Francisco, as well as a MSc in Environmental Design and Engineering from University College London, Bartlett School. Elsa was a participant of the 2021 Beverly Willis Emerging Leaders program and is on the AGC Massachusetts Sustainability Committee and the passivhaus MAINE Board of Directors.
