Julie Liu is a graduate fellow at Oregon State University. She has an MS in Civil Engineering from OSU and will be graduating with a PhD in 2023. She does research with Dr. Erica Fischer on developing finite-element solutions and methods to evaluate the behavior of timber structures in fire.
