Kelly A. Lindow is Principal and Founder of CityScape Engineering LLC in Baltimore, MD. Kelly is co-chair of the Permeable Pavement Task Committees of the ASCE/EWRI and has over 10 years of experience designing, monitoring, and developing specifications for several types of stormwater management practices including permeable pavement.
Nationally, she has presented numerous permeable pavement webinars and workshops to designers, planners, and government officials. Kelly has two published studies on permeable pavement that evaluate nutrient water quality and hydrologic performance.
