Kevin Foye, Ph.D., P.E., M. ASCE, After completing his Ph.D. at Purdue University in 2005, Kevin Foye joined CTI and Associates, a geoenvironmental consulting firm based in Michigan. As a Senior Engineer at CTI, Kevin leads the geotechnical engineering practice and has specialized in landfill engineering and ground improvement using geosynthetics, supporting a number of infrastructure projects nationally and internationally.
