Kurt Keifer is a Professional Engineer with 20 years of experience in pavement engineering and management. He is a member of the ASCE T&DI and COPRI institutes. He has taught pavement engineering and management courses for ASCE, APWA, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Colorado State University, and the Department of Defense. Kurt has managed both manual and automated pavement condition surveys for several airports around the world. He is actively involved in deploying emerging technologies to improve the efficiency, quality, and repeatability of pavement condition surveys.
