Lucian P. Spiteri is the Chief Grouting Engineer with Keller. He specializes in ground modification using jet, compaction, permeation, fracture and compensation grouting techniques and various grout components, and in construction dewatering using wells, wellpoints and ejector systems. Mr. Spiteri joined Moretrench in 2001 after gaining a Bachelor of Science degree from Manhattan College.
