Michael Voth is the Pavement & Materials Technical Leader for FHWA's Federal Lands Highway Division (FLHD). FLHD is the roadbuilding arm of FHWA. FLHD provides roadway design and construction services on federal land, their client-agencies include the National Park Service, Forest Service, and Fish & Wildlife Service. Mr. Voth has over 15 years experience with the design and construction of in-place recycling techniques such as full-depth reclamation and cold in-place recycling. He has worked on dozens of small and large in-place recycling projects completing structural pavement designs, writing construction specifications, performing forensics analysis, and tracking performance. Mr. Voth is routinely requested to speak on the topic of in-place recycling at State DOT and regional conferences.
