Tom Pennington is a Senior Associate and Tunnel Practice Lead at McMillen Jacobs Associates. He has over 19 years of experience in the planning, design, construction and rehabilitation of tunnels, shafts, and underground excavations on a broad range of projects, including large-diameter transit, water and wastewater tunnels. Tom is the lead tunnel and geotechnical engineer on several projects in the San Francisco Bay Area, and currently serves as chair of the ASCE GI Underground Engineering and Construction Committee.
