Ms. Carswell received her M.S., and Ph.D. in structural & geotechnical engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Her research expertise are soil-structure interaction for offshore wind turbine monopile foundations. Professional specialties are soil-structure interaction, excavation support systems, and numerical modeling.
