Counties of La Plata (including Durango, Bayfield, Hesperus, Ignacio, Marvel) Archuleta (including Pagosa Springs, Chromo, Chimney Rock, Arboles), Montezuma  (including Cortex, Mancos, Dolores, Towac, Mesa Verde), Dolores (including Dove Creek, Cahone, Pleasant View, Lewis, Rico, Yellow Jacket, Egnar) and San Juan (including Silverton).
