G-I Committees

These committees oversee and support technical activities, local activities, organizational membership, awards, international activities, and other major programs and initiatives. They operate under the direction of the Geo-Institute Board of Governors.
These committees focus on specific guidance or standards being developed by the Geo-Institute. They operate under the direction of the Geo-Institute Codes & Standards Council.
- DIGGS
The G-I's 20 technical committees focus on unique technical areas within the geo-industry and encompass all major technical disciplines within geotechnical engineering and the geoprofession. They operate under the direction of the G-I Technical Coordination Council.
