Ignacio Harrouch has operated as Chief of the Louisiana Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority since 2015. Responsible for the management of flood protection projects in the Coastal Zone and oversight of CPRA's emergency operations response in hurricane and flood events. Ignacio has twenty-eight years of experience in geotechnical engineering, project management, flood protection, large-scale civil construction, and restoration management in various soil conditions throughout Central America, the Caribbean and the Gulf Coast region, particularly south Louisiana.
