Jeroen Olthof has 25 years of experience working with utilities to manage their water‐related infrastructure. His experience includes hydraulic modeling of wastewater collection systems, planning and implementing condition assessment programs for wastewater infrastructure, optimizing collection system maintenance programs, and developing risk‐based capital improvement programs. He has worked on several multi‐year program management efforts to help collection system managers reduce the risk of overflows and meet the requirements of consent decrees and other enforcement actions.
Jeroen has a BSCE from the University of Colorado, an MSCE from the University of Washington, and an MBA from the University of Southern California. He is a registered Civil Engineer in California, Oregon, and Washington.
