Purpose and Background

Preparation to assume a leadership role in the construction industry is more than having the degrees and qualifications required by the position. It also requires an effort to understand the specifics of each project and the ability to strategically tailor the project management and leadership approach to better meet project objectives and stakeholders’ expectations. This webinar provides guidance on the preparation of a Project Management Philosophy Statement and project-specific Leadership Profiles strategically designed to meet the needs of each project and facilitate success. The webinar also explains the use of the Leadership Profile as a team-building tool and other effective team management practices. This webinar is 90 minutes in length.
