Edward W. Stafford, P.E., PTOE, F.ASCE has spent over 22 years working in local government in the Denver Colorado area, providing communities with expertise in land development, traffic engineering, regional storm water management, capital improvement program management and general public works leadership and management. He is currently the Development Review Manager for the City of Boulder, CO Planning and Development Services Department. Edward earned his bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. He is the ASCE Society Director from Region 7, served as an ASCE Region 7 Governor for seven years, an active member of the Colorado Section of ASCE, and an active member of several society committees, including the Member Communities Committee, Committee on Education, Program and Finance Committee, Task Committee on Student Competitions, Annual Convention Advisory Committee, and the Committee on the National Concrete Canoe Competition.
