Engineering Societies of America, LLC

The Engineering Societies of America, LLC (ESA) supports the advancement of engineering in the public interest by serving as the United States representative to the World Federation of Engineering Organizations (the "WFEO") and other engineering organizations. 

 

The primary objective is to bring together the various professional organizations to have a comprehensive and collective conversation on topics to include:

• Climate challenges
• Sustainability and resilience
• Acceleration of UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
• Capacity building to address challenges of the future
• Guiding development and implementation of innovative technology for benefit of all
• Guiding development and implementation of innovative technologies, such as AI
• Engineering representation at the UN on sustainability and sustainable development
• Engineering education for sustainable development
